Meet Boss, a charming 9-year-old pup who spent the last 280 days of his life in the Atlanta Humane Society shelter. His previous owners left him there because they couldn’t manage to take care of him any longer. However, all Boss wanted was to spend Christmas in a warm and loving home. While he dreams of a forever home, Boss is currently being cared for by a foster family.
As much as the AHS loves Boss, they could no longer allow him to stay in the shelter any longer. Therefore, they decided to spread the word to help find him a new home. Thankfully, their efforts paid off, and Boss found a loving family.
Although Boss is considered an older dog, his years had not dampened his spirit, and he has plenty of love and happiness to share with his new family.
As we amble around the vicinity, it’s evident that Boss is a well-suited name for my furry companion considering the way he carries himself. People around us hold him in high esteem due to his dignified presence, which he balances out with his affectionate nature reminiscent of a quintessential dog.
After Boss expressed his desire to be adopted, a family showed interest in him. The Animal Humane Society (AHS) posted on Facebook that Boss had a chance to meet his potential new family. He will also meet two dogs who could be his future siblings to see if they get along. AHS expressed gratitude for the support which made it possible for Boss to have this opportunity.
Boss was lucky enough to find the perfect Christmas gift when he finally found a loving family to call his own. Having spent most of his life in solitude, he truly deserves the warmth and security that comes with having a real home.
